Empec\u00e9 a organizarme en el movimiento de justicia juvenil de Boston, donde apoy\u00e9 campa\u00f1as lideradas por j\u00f3venes contra el racismo ambiental y las inequidades en la educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, el transporte, el uso del suelo y los sistemas alimentarios. Despu\u00e9s de convertir mi fiesta de cumplea\u00f1os n\u00famero 30, con langostas de Maine, en una celebraci\u00f3n y recaudaci\u00f3n de fondos anual multidisciplinar, me entusiasm\u00f3 cada vez m\u00e1s aportar recursos a nuestros movimientos de formas que fomentaran la colaboraci\u00f3n, la comunidad, la sostenibilidad y el poder. M\u00e1s recientemente, como facilitador y entrenador de grupos de organizaci\u00f3n en la regi\u00f3n de Nueva Inglaterra, he sido testigo de una secci\u00f3n transversal de los desaf\u00edos que enfrentan las organizaciones lideradas por BIPOC, queer y de clase trabajadora al intentar recaudar fondos para el trabajo de justicia.
